Salary: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 annually

Requirements

• 2nd Class Power Engineering TSSA Ticket

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Minimum 5 years in steam operations and boiler systems

• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Optimize Steam Plant operations safely and efficiently

• Lead, coach, and train workforce

• Manage maintenance, CAPEX, and budgets

• Recommend equipment and process improvements

• Identify risks and opportunities to reduce costs

• Other duties as assigned
