52 Week Intership Opportunity
Full-Time - 35 Hours per Week
$26.00 - $28.00 per Hour

O'Briens Coach Services is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our growing transportation team as an Operations Coordinator through a 52-week internship funded by the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC).
This position provides hands-on experience in transportation operations, administration, logistics coordination, and client services within a fast-paced and growing motor coach company. A full-time opportunity may be available following successful completion of the internship.
Position Responsibilities
Trip Closure, Creation & Data Entry
· Enter mileage, hours, fuel receipts, and trip details into company systems
· Review driver logs, fuel card data, and schedules
· Flag discrepancies before marking trips as complete
· Assist with trip planning and creation to meet client needs
Billing & File Management
· Prepare and send customer invoices
· Organize digital files in the appropriate directories
· Maintain up-to-date records for audits and reporting
Administrative Support to Management
· Assist management with daily administrative operations
· Support planning, correspondence, meeting preparation, and task follow-ups

Help coordinate internal projects
Marketing & Client Engagement
· Support marketing initiatives to promote services
· Assist with client communications and outreach
· Help develop trip packages and promotional materials
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Strong computer skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
· Experience in administration, logistics, transportation, or marketing is considered an asset
