Bookkeeping & Administrative Coordinator

We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a bookkeeping/administrative support role.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, office administration and customer account management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Managing customer accounts and account inquiries
- Sending customer statements and following up on accounts
- Assisting with accounts receivable/payables
- Processing invoices and daily paperwork
- Assisting with monthly reporting and year-end preparation/documentation
- Organizing and maintaining financial and administrative records
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal staff professionally
- Assisting with inventory, purchase orders, and general office coordination
- Supporting management with administrative tasks and reporting
- Assisting with payroll, bank reconciliations and other financial tasks
- Helping ensure day-to-day office operations run efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Reliable
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with retail, construction, hardware or supplier environments is considered an asset
- Ability to adapt in a small business environment where duties may evolve based on operational needs
