Raxfin is looking for a reliable and motivated technician to handle PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections), oil changes, and general maintenance on powersports equipment. This position is ideal for someone hands-on who takes pride in clean, accurate work and wants to grow within a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform PDI on new units (setup, inspection, fluid checks, adjustments)

• Complete oil changes and routine maintenance

• Inspect units for safety and mechanical issues

• Install basic accessories and perform minor repairs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow manufacturer and shop procedures

• Assist senior technicians as needed

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude (shop experience an asset)

• Experience with PDI, oil changes, or small engines preferred

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Basic hand tools knowledge

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license
