Location: 101 Progress Crescent, Kapuskasing, ON P5N 3H5
Job Type: Full-time positions available for the Active Care Unit (Medical/Surgical Floor) and other temporary roles available.
Compensation: Salaries range from $39.07 to $56.00 per hour as per the Ontario Nurses Association Collective Agreement. $20,000 RETURN OF SERVICE

Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to
join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch nursing
care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work
closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver
comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities
· Assess patients' health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
· Monitor and record patients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
· Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
· Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
· Valid certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario or willing to transfer.
· Relevant nursing experience in a clinical setting.
· Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of nursing principles and practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Compassionate and empathetic with a patient-centered approach.
· Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.
