Position Overview:
Tecnor Business Solutions Inc. provides information technology and telecommunication network services to various commercial and industrial clients using advanced tools and technologies. The company is seeking a Help Desk/Computer Technician to join its operations in the Hearst and Kapuskasing area. The technician plays a key role in the delivery of external services, including the management and repair of network infrastructure, the deployment of new telecommunication technologies, and the analysis and interpretation of data.

What are your responsibilities?
Provide software, hardware and operation support to clients
Break/fix technical support
Configure and install workstations, servers and peripherals
Install, configure and maintain software applications
Write documentation for procedures and processes
Research, learn and understand new products and services
Participate in IT projects
Participate in any other activities related to the IT department
Do you meet the requirements?
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Windows Operating System & Networks
Available to work 40 hours per week
Valid Ontario Drivers License (G2 or greater)
